We will normally process your order within 1 business day. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email with a track & trace link. If an ordered item temporarily is out of stock, your order will placed on hold if stock replenishment is expected within reasonable time. Our fulfilment service is provided by Logitrail Oy.
FREE DOMESTIC DELIVERIES (FINLAND)
Your order will be delivered to a collection point nearest to the address you have provided free of charge. We also offer home delivery at 8,90 €, or free of charge if your total order value is over 89 €.
Our delivery time is normally 1-3 business days.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France (mainland), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands (mainland), Portugal (mainland), Slovenia, Spain (mainland), Sweden, United Kingdom (mainland).
The delivery price is 4,90 € per order (home delivery). Orders over 99 € we deliver free of charge.
The delivery time is typically 3-11 business days depending on your location.

As our customer, you always have 14 days of return right to unopened and unused products. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org first before return to agree on the refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase is shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
After agreeing with our customer service about the return and refund you can then send the package back to any Matkahuolto or Posti collection point in Finland. Please note that the receiver of tha package must be Logitrail. When the return code is requested, they are following depending on the shipping company.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please keep the return receipt for possible tracking purposes.
Please note that not accepting the delivery is not equivalent to a return & refund and the delivery costs for not accepted deliveries will not be refunded. The precondition for refund is that the product is still vendible.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please include your order details in the shipment so we can identify it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer service here.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.

The purpose of the register
The purpose of the NORDIQ Nutrition Customer Register is to enable the company to communicate with its customers. The information can be used for customer communication and marketing, business development purposes and statistical purposes. All personal information is handled with compliance of the Personal Information Law (Finland).
Information in the register
The register includes the following information:
1. First name, last name email address.
- First and last name of the customer, phone number, address and possible consent to receive direct marketing.
- User ID and password.
- Information regarding orders and returns.
Protection of the register
All information is stored on a secure server. All passwords are saved in an encrypted format. Please note that despite even the most stringent security measures and protocols, the privacy of information sent over the internet can never be 100 % guaranteed.
