WHEN BUYING IN FINLAND

You can also pay with Visa Card (Debit and Credit), Master Card (Debit and Credit) American Express and Diners Club. It is also possible to use Mobile Pay. All payments are done in Euros.

We will process your order usually within 1-3 business days. Total delivery time is processing time + shipping time depending on the destination. When processed you will get an email with a tracking number of the shipment. Please ensure that you have given correct phone number that the courier can reach you upon delivery.
In case an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, the order will be left waiting until the item is availbale for delivery again within reasonable time. No backorders. The orders are handled by Logitrail Oy.

All orders will be delivered based on your choice of pickup pack (Posti, Matkahuolto, R-Kioski, Siwa or Valintatalo stores pickup service points,) or as home delivery.
The delivery price of the pick-up pack is 4,90 €
The delivery price of home delivery is 8,90 €.
Please not that we will deliver your order for free to the collection point when your order is over 49 €. Also home delivery is free when your order is over 89 €.

The listed price is a shipping & handling lump sum. For shipments outside of the European Union, additional taxes or charges (i.e. Customs) for your order, which are not billed by us, will be charged to you directly by the respective customs or tax authorities. As our customer, you always have 14 days of return right to unopened and unused products. Please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org first before return to agree on the refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase is shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
After agreeing with our customer service about the return and refund you can then send the package back to any Matkahuolto or Posti collection point in Finland. Please note that the receiver of tha package must be Logitrail. When the return code is requested, they are following depending on the shipping company.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please keep the return receipt for possible tracking purposes.
Please note that not accepting the delivery is not equivalent to a return & refund and the delivery costs for not accepted deliveries will not be refunded. The precondition for refund is that the product is still vendible.

RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Please include your order details in the shipment so we can identify it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.

The purpose of use of the register
The purpose of use of this register is a communication to customers. Information can be used for customer communication and marketing and to develop the business and for statistical purposes. All personal information is handled in the framework of the personal information law.
Information in the register
The register includes the following information:
1. First and last name of the person and email address.
- First and last name of the customer, phone number, address and possible consent to receive direct marketing.
- User ID and password.
- Information about the handled and ongoing orders and returns.
Protection of the register
All information of the register is being kept in the protected server to which no one else than employees of Nordic Premium Finland Oy can access in order to perform their work assignments. In order to be able to get into the register one needs to create personal user ID and additionally an IP check-up is done in the login phase. All passwords are being saved in an encrypted format. Please note, that as careful and diligent as we are in the data handling, the security if the information sent through Internet cannot be guaranteed. All information sent through Intenret is always one’s own responsibility.
The information of the register is not handed over to third parties unless it is required by Finnish law. A customer has the right to have their information removed from our registers.
